Prada, founded in Milan, Italy in 1913 by Mario Prada, is an Italian luxury brand belonging to the Prada Group. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 24, 2011. Prada offers bespoke services for men's and women's ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, eyewear, and fragrances. As of March 2023, Prada's official website showed product lines including men's ready-to-wear, bags, accessories, footwear, home furnishings and lifestyle products, and accessories. On March 7, 2024, Prada announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that for the 12 months ended December 31, 2023, the Prada Group recorded net revenue of €4.7264 billion, an increase of 17.2% compared to 2022 at constant exchange rates.
